Psychological capital is a kind of positive mental state,which concerns people’s enthusiasm and potential.It has an important influence on people’s study and life.Undergraduate’ psychological capital is the sum of all kinds of active abilities in this special stage of life development.By measuring and developing this ability,undergraduate can gain self affirmation and achievement.Sandplay is an important psychological counseling techniques,which allow visitors choose toys in the sand shelves freely and put them in the sandbox to achieve self-expression.Integrated sandplay therapy is a psychological therapy,which is based on sandplay and combined with other psychotherapeutic techniques essence.In the process of integrated sandplay intervention,visitors put toys in the sandbox,making it work in a more positive,healthy way to face their own unconscious,thus contributing to enhance their level of psychological capital.At present,the study of undergraduate’ psychological capital focused on the current situation,questionnaire establishment,the mechanism of action and less on improving undergraduate’ psychological capital.This study release 189 parts of positive psychological capital questionnaire,reclaiming 180 valid questionnaires,selecting 12 undergraduates which are relatively low levels of psychological capital.First,we randomly divided into 2 person in individual group,one person is in integrated individual sandplay intervention group,one people in control group;secondly,another 10 people were randomly divided into two groups,5 person are in integrated group sandplay intervention group,5 people in control group.Through integrated sandplay therapy intervent the level of undergraduate’ psychological capital,The results are as follows:(1)After integrated individual sandplay intervention,individual psychological capital scores improved.With the gradual deepening of integrated individual sandplay,individuals sandplay theme,self-image,the use of toy and other working with the entire sandplay gradually increase,which indicate integrated individual sandplay therapy will help improve individual undergraduate’ psychological capital level.(2)Integrated group sandplay intervention group scored significantly higher than the psychological capital intervention before scoring.With the gradual deepening of integrated group sandplay,sandplay theme groups,self-image,the use of toy and other working with the he entire sandplay gradually gradually increase.which indicate integrated groups sandplay therapy will help improve group undergraduate’ psychological capital level.(3)Compared integrated individual sandplay therapy with integrated groups sandplay therapy,integrated individual sandplay intervention group have better effect than integrated groups sandplay therapy.
