The emotion regulation self-efficacy is the subjective judgment and evaluation of individual's emotional adjustment and management ability.Selecting applicable and effective psychological intervention technique to intervene,not only can improve the level of self-confidence in the group's emotional regulation,keeping a stable emotional state,mastering effective emotion regulation strategies,but also having a positive role in promoting the formation of healthy psychological quality by impacting of their subjective well-being,self-esteem level,interpersonal skills.Integrated sandplay therapy in group is a kind of treatment that using the analysis of the psychology as the main part,integrating positive psychotherapy theory,family therapy,focus on problem solving techniques and other varieties of consulting technology,from the perspective of oriental traditional culture,projecting to solve the problem of psychological.In the process of making sandplay,the subconscious problem is externalized on specific toys,so that clients can be more visualized to face their own problems,at the same time of own in-depth exploration,constantly stimulating the self-healing power to achieve the purpose of treatment.This study has carried on the new attempt to use integrated sandplay therapy in group to intervene in the regulation emotional self-efficacy of college students on the basis of predecessors' theory research.Granting 100 copies of the RESE Scale to college students,considering the 26 students whose total points in the last 27% as candidate participants,identified 16 of them were the subjects,divided into experimental group and control group randomly.According to the experimental design,carrying out integrated sandplay therapy in group for the experimental group,doing nothing for the control group.This study made a briefly analyze on each dimension of college students' emotion regulation self-efficacy,proved that the applicability and effectiveness of integrated sandplay therapy in group technology in improving the college students' emotion regulation self-efficacy,by the quantity and quality analysis of the sandplay works before and after the experiment.Research conclusions:(1)The degree of college students' emotion regulation self-efficacy is overall in the middle level,positive emotion regulation self-efficacy is superior to negative emotion regulation Self-efficacy.(2)Integrated sandplay therapy in group technology in improving the college students' emotion regulation self-efficacy is applicable and effective.
