He has early found the phenomenon of corruption of Qing Dynasty as a thinker and writer. And he was daring to criticize on the corruption and the decline phenomenon of the feudal society that in order to promote the development of that era. The Jihai Poem of Feeling has its own distinguishing features. It is about the recording of his life, including large series of poems about his official career, learning, making friends, people's livehood and his memory, etc. It has been influenced many people because of its unique style. The poem has not only reflects the riches on subject matters, but also deeply expose the darkness on the system of Qing Dynasty. Gong Zizhen attached great importance to the development of literature in Qing Dynasty. Gong Zizhen attaches great importance to thedevelopment of the society. He can feel the change of The Times and showed his own mind. He influenced one generation to open their mind to look at the world. He can also made a series of reform measures were put forward.This big series of work has been written in 1839. The three hundred and fifteen poems have been writing in the form of dairy about what he has saw and felt on his way back home. He only took one year to finish it. All those poems can not only reflect Gong's true mind and true life of the federal society, but also it is a good data to know his personal life. Jihai poems' unique style was one of the most important writing on the development of poetry in Qing Dynasty.
