On the basis of the background and the basic meaning of our nuclear security concept raised by research and analysis, summed up China's nuclear security concept with safety first, respect for life and nature value orientation; "righteousness" works, highlighting justice ethical principles; and win-win cooperation, adhere to the same boat, ethics and responsibility-sharing requirements. I believe that China's nuclear security concept for people to have a rational understanding of nuclear science provides the inspiration for the world to promote the healthy development of the nuclear safety of China's nuclear wisdom of philosophy, to build the country's overall security concept has an important value. Based on the above research, the author recommends generally promote people's nuclear safety moral responsibility consciousness, establish a fair, effective nuclear security system, mutual benefit and win-win results to promote nuclear safety processes.Three ethical ways, in order to promote the development of China's nuclear safety.In addition, in the construction of nuclear security system, to constantly improve the mechanism system, respect for life, these ethical principles of fairness and justice, but also to build the basic elements of the world's nuclear safety. Nuclear safety development is inseparable from the moral constraints of power, nuclear safety world needs the joint efforts of all mankind, the elimination of the root causes of promoting nuclear safety.
