This translation practice is strictly divided into two categories: scientific argumentative writing and scientific translation.Strict logic and clear concept is one of the main characteristics of argumentation,we must be faithful to the content of the original text in the translation,the original position,views,claims should not have slight negligence and distortion.The science and technology articles mainly to elaborate,discuss and solve the problems of natural science and technology.Science and technology articles are similar to argumentative articles,both of them are required to focus on logical thinking,their language is clear and rigorous,with little modified means,and view the reader as targeted,they have many professional terms and loan words.The task of the science and technology articles is to introduce the scientific knowledge and clarify the truth,the purpose is to demonstrate and describe the things of outside world.With the frequent international exchanges,technical cooperation and trade exchange between countries are also constantly growing,China and Japan are close neighbours separated only by a strip of water and their exchanges are very frequent,so more and more science and technology articles be translated,which requires us to master the rules of translation and to be familiar with translated style.This translation practice is mainly to research on nuclear weapons policy,Through four articles of "Japanese nuclear armed argument","the argument finishing first use of nuclear weapons","the status and the future of Japan's Fukushima nuclear accident " and "A comparative study of two arguments for continued reliance on or separate from nuclear power" to understand the United States,the former Soviet Union,Russia,Japan and other countries in the world and Chinese nuclear weapons policy in each period,thus it can be seen that the attitude of the various countries on nuclear weapons.
