Bystanders tend to be a group of marginal people as a synonym for indifference in recent years. But in fact, the bystanders are a group of participants in ethical substance, who have moral judgment, moral practice, and conscience. However, conscience, the resource of the moral consciousness, has fallen to be a formalistic thing and leads to the occurrence of hypocrisy further. The final result of bystanders' schizophrenia is the numbness of conscience, as long as the loss of shame. Bystanders obtain their own illusory moral superiority by moral criticism and humiliation. It is a double destruction to both morality and ethics. For the same reason, bystander's moral summons and ethical revival also starts with the regain of shame. It needs no complete grasp of morality and ethic, but it has a strong driving force of individual behavior. The goal lies in the moral consciousness as "You Chi Qie Ge" and the ethical atmosphere as "No Humiliation". Compared to the government to take positive education and fall into "the trap of Tacitus", a better way is to reduce the direct intervention, and the form a social structure of a high degree of consensus on public spirit for the spectators. Based on that, the bystanders'moral consciousness has changed to a modality combined with a moral self-consciousness which makes "Shu" as the core and the behavior mode acts as "Jie Ju". Through the common points on the development stage and mental structure of aesthetic and conscience, an aesthetic way should be advocated to search for a higher level of ethical atmosphere and to realize the recovery of the of bystander's ethical feeling. The ultimate goal is to make a disappearance of bystander in ethical or moral meaning.
