On The Vanguard Qualities Of Pan Jun's Novels

This thesis studies Pan Jun s novels,discusses the vanguard qualities of his novels and reveals the narrative value and significance of Pan Jun's novels.Through the research,we come to the conclusion that the vanguard qualities in Pan Jun'novels mainly reflects in two aspects,one is the exploration of sprit and the other is the exploration of the form.This article is divided into three chapters.Chapter one discusses the spiritual pursuit of the novels from two aspects: sense of suspicion and rebellion.First of all,doubt is the basic semantic in Pan Jun's novels and the concentrated reflection of pioneering in its creation.He expresses the question and denial to the past through refactoring history,excavates the meaning of life,and expresses the question of individual survival predicament in the modern society through diving people's heart of cities.Secondly,rebellion is an obvious characteristic in Pan Jun's novels,which is also the impetus in his novels.The rebellious consciousness in his works embodies in many aspects,mainly through a series of rebel image expression for him,for authority to the rationality of the reality,the history,the mainstream culture of personal growth of the specification or subversive.Chapter two reveals the pusuits in form in Pan Jun's novels from three aspects: the first person narration,the dialogue body art and visual narrative strategies.In his novels,the first-person narrative "I" not only has the multiple identities,also in view of crossing the line,breaks the traditional novels narrative rhythm,expands the possibility of novel creation.The Dialogue sentence structure in his novels is simple,which usually bears the weight of the narrative function.In these simple dialogues,he through the form of ellipsis,uses the dialogue instead of narrative,pursues the effect of objective truth.At the same time,he hides the theme in the deep,with dialogue constructed visual effect.In addition,Pan Jun also boldly explores in narrative space,introduces the picture into the narrative,greatly expand the aesthetic space of art.Chapter three aims to exploring the cause of the vanguard character in Pan Jun's novels on the basis of the former.On the basis of previous studies in three aspects: childhood experiences,foreign ideas and the regional culture.First of all,his childhood experiences and the business experience have an important influence on his creation,which makes it is hard to show a rebellious attitude in his works,and the resulting form new dissimilation.Secondly,Pan Jun is a novelist who is heavily influenced by foreign ideas.The active exploration in his novels largely benefits from the methods of writing,narrative skills of the Borges,Salinger,and Hemingway.In addition,An Qing undoubtedly laid a deep imprint to Pan Jun 30 years of writing career,which has huge influence on his character and the artistic creation of points.
