Yayoi Kusama's Fantastic World Of Art

In the 50 s and 60 s of 20 th century,many contemporary artists from Europe and the United States gathered in New York due to the effect of World War2.Which resulted in the rapiddevelopment of the contemporary art in New York and also derived many splendid art genre.During this period,with the hard work of those brilliant and diligent artist,modern avant-garde art created its own style and became outstanding in the art circles.Yayoi Kusama,an oriental artist from Japan,was a representative of those artist.This thesis focus on Yayoi Kusama's artistic creation process and her unique style of art expression.Also,there will be comments of her art works through half century time and a compare between Yayoi Kusama's works and the works of modern Chinese female art.Combining the tendency and phenomenon of Chinese new generation female art,this thesis will sum up the similarities and differences of Yayoi Kusama's art and modern Chinese female art.
