Culture is a state's soft power, and values is the core "soft power".The country pointed out that the core value system must be seeped to the construction of spiritual civilization, and reflect on the spiritual and cultural products creation, production,dissemination aspects.German film theorists---- Siegfried carat Calder once said "a country's film is better than other art expression means more directly reflect the mental outlook of the country." The film is not only an economic industy, not a kind of carrier of cultural transmission, and has become an important part of national foreign strategy. Different countries in the world hope that through this popular art form to construct national core values that can be generally recognized, establish a culture by order. To become the important carrier of national culture "soft power" strategy, Chinese films must have the overseas influence and appeal firstly. Compared to European and American countries,Chinese films industry still has a lot of progress in space, especially in conveying Chinese core values. what values to convey, how to sperad Chinese values, these questions are urgently need to answer.Those questions are based on the current situation of values international communicate in Chinese films.This article choose Chinese films who won awards in the big four international film festival as research object. This article summarizes the present situation of the values international communication, and put forward the corresponding Suggestions.This article has five chapters. Chapter one is an introduction, which discusses background, significance, as well as the predecessors' research were reviewed. In the second chapter, I define the connotation and extension of their values, card the history of the Chinese values, and expounds the values for significance. In the third chapter, I made a definition for China film, combed the award-winning film abroad, analysis the relationship between film and values at the same time. The fourth chapter mainly use semiotics analysis methods, respectively from the movie text, content and communication effect values three angles to analyze. The fifth chapter puts forward the suggestion: to establish a Chinese communication system value which core is Yuanvalue.
