Xun zi is the last master of confucion in the pre Qin Dynasty. He was born when xiashangzhou's ritual structure had been disintegrated and the new social order had not yet been established. He took the historical responsibility to rebult the feudal society. He inherited kongzi's moral idealism, and absorbed the early fa's realism. He unified the two thoughts together. Benevolent government(Wang) and rule by force of dictators(Ba) is the core in his political philosophy, his thought based on the theory of original evil nature, on that basis, he made the economic activities into his ideological system, putting forward the economic theory of “rich people”, “rich countries”, the power theory of selecting the worthy and promoting the capable.
