With the continuous refining of personnel selection and standardization of post division, traditional psychological selection tool cannot meet the selection of specialized personnel, thus developing targeted and characteristic psychological measurement tool has important significance on China's personnel selection. Traditional personnel ability selection mainly pays attention to the assessment of individual wisdom, believing that people with high IQ(intelligent quotient) are smart. With the rise of research on rational thinking, it is found that the silly things done by smart people is probably due to something wrong of cognition science on cleverness. People's ability not only depends on intelligence, but also includes special elements influencing people's mind independent from intelligence. Stanovich calls such element as Dystationalia. Entering the 21 st century, with the continuous increase of information presentation mode and continuous expansion of scope, mass redundant information is likely to let people plunge into information torrent difficult to distinguish true and false and unable to make decisions. Therefore, the research on rational thinking abilities(individual decision-making and judgment) has important significance. The measurement evaluation on decision-making ability is not only the important basis of personnel selection and the important predictive variable of individual's real decision-making quality, but also can provide new methods and thoughts for the effective measurement evaluation of rational quotient(RQ:representing rational thinking ability level). The research on decision-making emerged endlessly since its rise, but the research of Chinese scholars mainly concentrated on the discussion of theoretical foundation. There were rare application researches and even lacked relevant measurement and evaluation tools. Basing on summarizing international research on decision-making ability, this paper amended decision-making ability evaluation method suitable for Chinese cultural background, thereby providing a new evaluation mode for individuals with superb decision-making ability and excellent decision-making style to engage in special work post. The main research contents and results are as follows:1. After translation and collective discussion, the final A-DMC includes 134 items which was divided into six dimensions, include: Resistance to Framing,Consistency in Risk Perception,Recognizing Social Norms,Under/overconfidence,Applying Decision Rules,Resistance to Sunk Costs.2. Reliability Analysis: The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of each dimension are 0.64~0.85,the average is 0.711;After two months, the test-retest reliability coefficients of 6 dimensions range from 0.47~0.78(p<0.001).3. Validity analysis:We use content validity, structural validity and congruent validity to analyse the validity of A-DMC in Chinese.Content validity:We use correlation method to examine the content validity. The result show that the content validity is quite good.Structural validity:The factors' ratio of cumulative contribution was 33% and the final version of A-DMC consisted of 134 items, which was divided into 6 factors. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis indicated that it had good construct validity.Congruent validity : We use cognitive ability ? decision-making styles and decision-making biase to test the congruent validity of this scale. All indicators are indicated that A-DMC is good at congruent validity.4. A-DMC in simulated realistic scenario task: It is found that the high decision-making ability group is better in decision-making quality, less impulsive, and higher risk adjustment ability in the Cambridge Game Task. Another found is that high decision-making ability group has stronger learning ability in Iowa Game Task, and they applicate rules more quickly.
