For the majority researchers, the transcendental deduction of categories in the second version is thought to be clearer than it in the first version. However, the structure of the transcendental deduction still puzzles them. They hold different ideas about it,for example, one may think a section belongs to the first part of the deduction, while another may think it belongs to the second part of the deduction. The indistinctness of these notions, such as intuition, understanding, conjunction and the transcendental apperception, should be responsible for these controversies. In the first, intuition has three meanings. And understanding has two meanings and can be divided into two types. While the transcendental apperception can be divided into the analytic unity of consciousness and the original synthetic unity of apperception. To an extent,we can find the structure of the transcendental deduction is determined by those meanings of these notions. Researchers' structures more or less go against these distinctions of these notions.
