Study On The Litigation Women Participate In Song Dynasty

In the historical data of song dynasty,we saw the female figure in the lawsuit. Women are limited by the influence of the concept of family status and social, and the lawsuit is characteristic. A lot of achievements have been achieved, but the aspect centered on the condition of women to participate in litigation is scarce. So I wrote this paper.The study of women to participate in the litigation is important.It is conducive to understand the female status about social, legal, and political.The study of women to participate in the litigation is important to enrich the study of woman ' s status. In this paper, a new angle is used. The conditions and the influence of gender will be studied.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the general situation of female lawsuit.This chapter introduces the litigation of women involving economic, social and ideological concept.The cause of action will be discussed and it is classified into two types —personal litigation and property litigation. The second chapter is the conditions of unmarried women's suit.This chapter introduces the unmarried women's litigation and analysis the conditions. The third chapter is the condition of married women's suit. There is a line in this chapter. The death of her husband have significant influence on women's litigation. The fourth chapter is the characteristic of the suit which women participate into.This chapter analyzes the common concepts' influence to the suit which women participate into.
