Confucianism education inspector is an important supervisor in local Confucianism education in Ming Dynasty,and plays an important role in the field of education and Literati, and with considerable social influence. The current academic research on the function of Confucianism education inspector was mostly confined to the local Confucianism education field, but it is not limited to the functions of the government in Ming Dynasty, also relates to the imperial examination supervision, academy management, Book publishing management,social education.This paper on the basis of previous studies, to further explore the function of Confucianism education inspector in Ming Dynasty. The full text is divided into six chapters:Chapter one Confucianism education inspector and Confucianism education inspector system. This chapter briefly describes the establishment, evolution and function of the Confucianism education inspector. The first function comes from the orthodox imperial edict that promulgated in 1436. this function include management of students, educational officer and education Logistics, and the relationship between it and the local government and the censor, and the second imperial edict that promulgated in 1462 further standardize the imperial edict of the class content, and increased the content of village school construction and management. the imperial edict get the biggest change in 1575. Which clearly increase the functions of academy and social education management. In addition, the Ming Dynasty also through various purposes to increase the Confucianism education inspector's functions. It include the function of publishing books management.The chapter two The function of local education supervision. The function can be divided into student management, the educational officer management and education Logistics management.
