On The Formation Of Wu Bixia's Singing Style And Its Inspiration To The Vocal Music Teaching

Wu Bixia is a "double major student" guided by Professor Jin Tielin and Professor Guo Shuzhen at the Central Conservatory of Music in China. On the way of her vocal music study, after years of hard work and attentive guidance of the two teachers, Wu Bixia won many gold medals in international vocal competitions, and she is again popular with people from all circles in some domestic music parties, Integrating Chinese and western styles in one Wu Bixia is highly appraised in the field of vocal music, known as "the nightingale" combined with Chinese and western styles. But her success is not accidental, it has something to do with such factors as her family environment, the growing experience, the persistent attitude to vocal music study and understanding of the two singing and mastering the singing skills. Her success in the two different styles is worth us thinking?Her success has also played a certain positive meaning on the young vocal music learners,and it has a certain reference value to the educators in vocal music teaching.This article elaborates her singing style formation and the influence on the revelation of vocal music teaching from the following several aspects : The first chapter expounds her singing style formation, and comprehensive analysis for the forming background; The second chapter is a comprehensive analysis for her well-match of Chinese and western singing skills, mainly including the mixture of folk singing and bel canto and "factors other than voice" art performance skills; The formation of the third chapter expounds the enlightment that was brought by her singing style to vocal music teaching.
