Cyber-act Studies Based On The Communicative Rationality Theory Of Habermas

Since there being human society, there has communication. It is the basic mode of human social existence, emboding human pratical abilities. Habermas is regarded as a major represententive of critical theory and New Marxism. He got some hints of methodology from Marx, came to critical tradition of Marxism, and emphasized the combination of philosophy and social realism. Based on the loss of meaning and communicative alienation in the civilization of industrial society, Habermas put forward communicative theory, which was mediaed by language, linked by life-world, oriented by understanding, aiming for overcoming social colonism, to rebuild a rational world by virtue of communicative rationality. With the appearance of information society, intersubjective communication had a conversion from close to exoteric, spontaneous to self-conscious. It had positive signification, along with negative effects. Communicative dissimilation urges people to think and research communicative rationality. This article is composed of five parts. The first part is introduction, mainly dealing with relative investigative summarizaiton about communicative rationality and network communication. The second part put forward the communicative rationality of Habermas. The third part discussed the concept of internet use, three main traits of internet use, and.analyzed the sameness and difference between the internet use and realistic action.The fourth part is very important, the penman studied three rations in the cyberspace:main body and machine (the main body is catabolized by the machine); main body and himself, along with main body and subjective world(self-identity is loss, the two parties can't come to an agreement each other); main body and the internet environment shaped by reciprocity along main bodies(main body is concealed by mass consciousness, it weakend the collective validity, easily arosed deindividuation and disinhibition), exerting the theory of three ralations, namely main body and subject , subject with subjective world , main body and social world of Habermas's communicative rationality. The last part aimed at three communicative dissimilation above, according to realized conditions of Habermas's, penman put forward three suggestions:the advance of individual subjectivity of main body, the improvement of communicative quality and the perfect of public sphere.
