| Dunhuang documents is a number of the documents that discovered by taoist Wang Yuanlu at the Library cave of Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang in 1900. The value of Dunhuang documents that are the first-hand is self-evident.The discovery of documents even promotes the founding of a subject.The contents of documents are rich and cover a wide field.Its lauguage style is different.The handwriting copies also contain a great variety of variant characters, folk characters,phonetic loan characters and wrong characters. Therefore, collating, correcting and recording documents is always the important content of Dunhuang studies.Yingcang Dunhuang Shehui Lishi Wenxian Shilu of Hao Chunwen is the large book to research and explain non-Buddhist documents stored in Britain and contribute to development of Dunhuang studies.As a result of subjective and objective reasons,the books still have problems.The article makes a study of seventh and eighth volumes’ interpretation of Yingcang Dunhuang Shehui Lishi Wenxian Shilu, mainly supplements and corrects interpretation. By the research, the article can contribute to further collation and correction of Dunhuang documents wishfully.In the arrangement of the structure,the article includes four parts.The first chapter is “exordium”, where the author narrates the researchful background,researchful actuality, researchful content and researchful methods.The second chapter is “<Yingcang Dunhuang Shehui Lishi Wenxian Shilu >supplementation and correction”. By checking original photos carefully, looking for other copies, borrowing ideas from other proofreading books,analyzing character pattern and analyzing acceptation, the author supplements and corrects errors of interpretation according to number.The third chapter is “the meaning of studying interpretation”. The author elaborates the researchful meaning by specific examples.The last chapter is “conclusion”. This part summarizes research findings and shortcomings. |
