Mandarin skills stay in the easy-level in the elementary schools of Korea.Therefore, it is a popular teaching method to teach Chinese by the cooperation between Chinese and Korean teachers in the elementary schools of Korea.This universal and scientific method makes the research of significance in effective Chinese teaching be the focus of the public.Sequential instruction achieved positive feedbacks and well recognized among Chinese and Korean teachers.This paper will summarize the concept of sequential instruction and how to apply it effectively in the daily Chinese education from my intern in Chunnam junior high School,Gwangju, Korea to make sequential instruction will be better used in Chinese education among elementary schools.This paper will explore the sequential instruction by using the Chunnam High School as an example.Firstly, describe the Categories of the collaborations between Chinese and Korean teachers.Secondly, introduce the concept of Sequential instruction.Thirdly, explain the statement of application of Sequential instruction in Chunnam Middle School to explore the three stages by using this model on Chinese teaching.Next,analyze the case of Chinese teaching under Sequential instruction.Eventually, explore the enlightenments by researching Sequential instructionThe author combines her own experience on teach Korean Chinese of how to use Sequential instruction reasonably, how to handle and avoid the problems on using this model, and how to collaboration with Korean teachers to improve the integral level of Chinese teaching.
