It shows that 1) There is significant implicit effect on the PAP young officers' and soldiers' shame. 2) The PAP young soldiers' D value of implicit shame is obviously higher than officers'. 3) The D value of PAP young officers and soldiers who live in rural areas is obviously higher than those who live in city. 4) The D value of PAP young officers and soldiers with high school degree is significant higher than those with associate degree or bachelor degree. 5) There is no significant correlation between implicit shame and explicit shame. This research explores the shame of PAP young officers and soldiers, expands the range of the shame study, helps to fully understand the shame under the Chinese culture. It finds the significant implicit effect on PAP young officers and soldiers by using the BIAT experiment to explore the implicit shame of PAP young officers and soldiers, and it proves that the BIAT experiment is an effective method to measure the implicit shame. Using implicit method to explore the shame can help us to understand and analyses shame fully.
