In recent years, production of food in China have been some major security incidents, like problem of jelly, toxic capsule, Sanlu milk powder, Illegal use of Sudan red, clenbuterol, sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate and so on. Food safety issues are in a very serious form, it will affect the national economy and people's livelihood, even bring great harm to the whole society if there cannot be effectively solved.Food and safety come as the first. Food safety is bearing the weight of the respect and guarantee of life, so its safety is full of great moral significance.Enterprises as the main part of behavior, how to see interests and morality, how to coordinate the relationship between internal and external development ethic problems such as cognition, these all determine the food safety problem. To strengthen the food safety problems and countermeasures research is a key task at present.Viewing from many food safety incidents happened in the process of food production and supervision, these appeared serious moral anomie problems.For strengthening the food enterprise ethics construction is the guarantee of food safety important line of defense. Only to carry on ethical anomie phenomenon existing in a food company in deep analysis that we can know further current ethical reasons of food safety problems in our country, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures on how to improve China's food safety ethics.Therefore, in this paper, first of all, from the perspective of the marxist ethics which accords with the situation of our country, to expound the marxist ethics in the collective characteristics and people-oriented bent points for dealing with our country enterprise ethic problems based on a correct theoretical basis and methodology. Concept of food safety and enterprise ethics respectively on food safety and the relationship between the enterprise ethics,to analyze the present situation of food safety in China: quality of food safety is improving year by year in our country, but there are still existing food safety accidents such as Sanlu milk powder, such as clenbuterol super-large malignant. This paper expounds the external factors which cause frequent food safety problems: environmental pollution, new technical risk, regulation is not in place, bad competition mode, etc., to analyze internal ethical factors deeply from such external factors :The distortion of the enterprise values, social responsibility vague, lack of enterprise ethics, etc. Finally, on the basis of previous studies, starting from the situation of our country, the guidance put forward by the marxist ethics thought of ethical relations to deal with food enterprises countermeasures so as to achieve the ultimate goal of food safety.
