Research Ethics Horizon,Food Safety Problem

"Saying, food to Ann first" claims that the food is the material guarantee to sustain life, is the material basis for the life and health, is the tie that inheriting Chinese civilization diet culture is to achieve the sustainable development of the micro power; In other words, food safety is the most concerned about people, one of the most direct, the most realistic problem. In recent years, frequent food safety problem has become a have to face the problem, how to deal with food safety issues, decisions right of art is not only play a leader, more test functions "inside the saint outside the king" of moral leadership. In this paper, from the perspective of ethics, ethics thought theory dissects the causes of food safety problems, development, and social consequences caused by; Application of moral theory, combining the reality of social production, put forward to solve the problem of food safety related ethical constraints.The first part of this article is the introduction, mainly illuminates the selected topic background, significance, the research both at home and abroad, research methods and innovation and deficiency; The second part namely chapter one: overview of mainly through to the food safety and ethical significance of using the theoretical guidance to food safety ethics; The third part is this article second chapter: mainly through to the food safety incident in nearly a decade of development and problems in the food safety problem of causes of ethical reflection and analysis; The fourth part namely chapter 3 of this article:dialectical thinking from the perspective of "people" the food security of ethical value; The fifth part is chapter 4 of this article: from the aspects of technology, administrative, economic, and cultural, ethical and moral governance theory, trying to solve the root of moral anomie phenomenon occurred in the food safety problems.
