Jin Opera performing groups are the major sections to inherit and innovate Jin Opera act.During the process of reform of state-owned troupes,it is showed that state-owned and private Jin Opera troupes have a coexistence pattern.Recently,it is a reality that if our performance system reform has improved the management of performing groups and made Jin Opera artists can devote themselves to the creation and dissemination of outstanding works of art Jin Opera.Because of this,this paper selects a representative of state-owned and private theaters in Chang E Troupe of Qingxu,Shanxi as samples.By analyzing Income and expenditure in profits,cost performance,actors wage income difference or that the financial investment and other datum,it reflects managing situation of state-owned and private theaters.In this way,it shows problems in our national performing troupes system reform.According to real situation,it makes recommendations for Troupes market for marketing,public investment and the government’s future policy development related to public cultural immaturity in order to promote Prosperity and development of private and state-owned Jin Opera troupes.In particular,by analyzing the performing object from Chang-Ngo Act Troupe in Qingxu,Shanxi province and Shanxi Jin Opera Troupe,as we can see,State-owned troupes mainly provides national,provincial and municipal and county-level high-end theater,and provide performances for the wealthy village piazza and in accordance with the requirements of the government to provide adequate poor performances condolences.Its main income comes from direct or indirect financial investment while Private troupes provided primarily for low-income village square performances,providing poor show sympathy for the poverty-stricken areas under the control of government.The reason why Chang E Troup becomes a self-supporting private for-profit performing art group is that the group is small and the cost of performances in square is low.Meanwhile,the financial investment of Shanxi Jin Opera theater in recent years is rising to nearly 100,000 yuan per performance.It is mainly caused by high costs of theater venues,facilities,pensions and others so that revenue can not offset.According to the current business,government investment and management situation of the private and state-owned Shanxi Opera troupes,there are our suggestions following:Firstly,in the guide of experience economy,refresh service form,further develop and build new markets for Jin Opera,and expand pure performance revenue market of Jin Opera performing groups.And then,in the guide of increasing public cultural services,expand investment in Jin Opera performance in county village while avoiding state-owned troupes squeeze County village of private troupes appear.At last,judging from the level of long-term institution building,the Government should improve the quality and production of original Jin Opera,which needs to develop a number of original talent Jin Opera especially talent of Jin Opera script writing,drama Jin Opera allocation to achieve sustainable development of Jin Opera art.Non-heritage protection,support for the National Endowment for the Arts Jin Opera Inheritance and Innovation at the same time,it should consider how to support the integration County village of private or state-owned troupes.
