Study On The Composition Of Late Mi Fu Letters

Mi Fu's calligraphy is of highly traditional artistry,his cursive script is vigorous but steady.Mi Fu is also learning the techniques of the archaic calligraphers.Therefore,studying Mi Fu calligraphy can not only learn it's style but also the origination.This paper mainly from letters art form and style of the combined two aspects of specific analysis of Mi Fu late epistolary art.First of all from kerning,row spacing,ink analysis art form,again from similar,transformation,radial,picture analysis of diversification of style.Finally,on advanced letters composition of Mi Fu in-depth analysis and research of its own on the<Hai Yue Ming Yan>creative idea and reference,and through the practice,obtained the enlightenment.Mi Fu learned from the ancient works but also created his art style,which has significance for us.Based on the study and imitation of ancient calligraphy works,seeking his own calligraphy rule by focusing on the basic practice,and gradually formed his own style.The natural style could be found from both the state of mind and composition in his work.The art form in his calligraphy letters is his most free form,mostly used for communication between friends,which shows the nature of its writer.Through the analysis of the composition form of Mi Fu's letters,we could put it into our works.
