In short, E-topia is the concept of human's future electronic society, while the Cybermen came from cyborg (also known as Cybermenpunk), highly summarized, cyborg is composed of human and manmade combining closely the unified function of the body.The topic of this dissertation is talking about the contemporary science fiction movies which relate to robot rather than the aliens, monsters and other kind of robots. Science fiction movies is the kind of narration type movies which is established in science of fantasy scene.The robot image appears non conventional sense of humanization, namely humanoid robot.The research of this dissertation is based on the background of high development of technology that intelligent robot are presented as a form of Personification.In other words,this phenomenon provides multiple possibilities for the narrative aspect of the story.This dissertation instructs to script writing. To research and analysis,this dissertation summarize most of famous science fiction movies which appear the robot image and the image of the personif icatiorio It can be said that it makes human in deep reflection about creating an individual robot which may not have spirit. This dissertation play a important role in script writing and makes writer pay more cognition to the image of robots. This dissertation can be said that it makes the the robots from script can be found from this dissertation, while summarize and reference in the science fiction movies intelligent robot personification.By means of qualitative analysis method, this thesis can be concluded that it makes a summary about Cybermen. At the same time, it is used by content analysis which could find out the foundation of theory. Meanwhile, this thesis makes deep analysis which focus on the image?thinking and relations and other part of Cybermen's. During the research, writer relates to interdisciplinary research that focus on the Social ethics relation and The relationship between man and Science.In specific, firstly, in the beginning of thesis, it introduces the concept of science fiction movies and puts forward the classification and themes of science fiction movies. This thesis focus on clear kind of science fiction movies. Secondly, this thesis defined the definition of robots while classified and conclude the type of robots which researched in this thesis. Besides this, it makes huge influence in script writing that this thesis research about the relationship between human and robots. Thirdly, this thesis focus on "humanoid" narrative function with two key movies to show the two kinds of "human" state. The last chapter, this dissertation considered that the creation of personification of intelligent robot might be significant to provide much more variety of possibilities to creation of movieThis kind of creation makes essential theoretical basis to the script writing meanwhile provide technical support to create the robot from script which could be create to be a personification image.
