Along with the development of network technology,online game market gradually formed in the last more than 20 years in China.As a result,online game players,as a group,formed, developed,grew,had its own subculture, gradually into the public’ line of sight and caused social attention and response.Based on this background,I,as a digital native,combined with my own experience and professional background of communication,using qualitative method,carding and interpreting this subculture,with the help of phenomenology, cultural studies and communication theory point of view,to cope with problems that why the phenomena of contemporary subculture of the group of online game players appear.In my opinion,the suggestions to this problem need us to realize the subculture of the group of online game players is a problem of human cultural inheritance of this category.It is just a new technical conditions for the problem, as a result,more challenges appear. Looking forward to the future, new technology iteration and generational iteration will trigger new generational problems based on cultural inheritance.Of course,they are often focus in related academic research.
