The Reform Research On The Aviation Services Oral English Course In Vocational Colleges Based On The Working Process

With the rapid development of China economy, vocational education gets more attention from the society; vocational colleges enter into the golden period of development. Aviation services course is relying on the aviation industry in China, as a professional class language course, Aviation services oral English course is influenced by many factors, Existing course is difficult to meet the requirements of vocational Education, and the graduated students have been unable to meet the needs of the industry practice, so the course reform is imperative.In this paper, on the current situation of Aviation services oral English course in vocational colleges, through the investigation for aviation services companies, language teachers and students, we take scientific methods to analyze systematically, and try to identify the negative factors which affecting aviation services oral English teaching. Such as the traditional English courses cannot adapt to the changing needs of the industry; Oral English course receives much restriction in the implementation process, Oral English courses have distance with aviation services professional students’ actual condition. We need to take useful measures for it; on the base of market and basic law of teaching, there are many ways to construct platform for course reform,such as policy propaganda, funds to encourage, post competition, scientific research, teacher training, teamwork, inter-school cooperation and international communication. University-enterprise cooperation and talent introduction are also good ways to perfect it.The paper also puts forward some concrete reform measures for the oral English course in vocational college. Changing the teaching concept of oral English to meet the needs of the practical work of aviation services; Training aviation service language application oriented Talents is our target; clearing the oral English course standards of aviation services to apply air service actual working, make sure the purpose and requirements of the aviation services oral English course; Changing the teaching methods of aviation services oral English course in, Based on the actual working process of aviation services, Using modern educational thought and technology to improve classroom effect;Selecting aviation services oral English teaching content, based on the actual working process of aviation services,highlight the usefulness and practicality of the course.In order to ensure the reform research on the aviation services oral English course in vocational colleges can run well, this paper puts forward concrete measures to guarantee it can work, such as the construction of resources, the construction of teaching staff, the system guarantee and the evaluation model.
