All the course need beintegrated with the actual work make learning course more close to thework. this document analysis and conclude the course of career schoolshould be work process oriented enable student career developmentsustainable and also give guidance to career school teacher in theirpractical work.This thesis focus on how career course be more work processrelated, beginning from course of interior ornament designing,research the course via analysis/observation/inquiry and comparing.Construct work related course theory frame and based on this todesign the interior ornament designing courses. Considering both thecharacteristic of student in this major and the practice of this major.Proposed course development including designing objective/type/structure/content/implementation and evaluation. Integrate moderneducation technology and current student character with interiorornament designing course.This is meaningful to the reform of highcareer course management and can give reference for the othercourse management.
