After the reform and opening up,China’s private economy has made great progress,and become an important force in social construction.It has been playing an increasingly important role in booming urban and rural economy,promoting employment,maintaining social stability.After more than 30 years of development,the private economy has gradually become the most dynamic part of China’s national economy,showing a good momentum of vigorous development.But it can not be denied that the rapid development of private economy at the same time also caused a lot of social problems,such as the lack of business,integrity,employee rights’ not being guaranteed,environmental pollution and other issues.Various circles of society began to call on enterprises to take the initiative to assume their social responsibility.Private enterprises are gradually aware of the pressure from various aspects and then began to have a certain degree of corporate social responsibility awareness and understanding.But cognition does not mean agreement,although some enterprises reflects a certain concept of social responsibility,it is only uesd as a tool to decorate corporate social responsibility.They failed to really recognize the concept of corporate social responsibility,positioning themselves in a low level of corporate social responsibility.As a result,the behavior of corporate social responsibility is often superficial and corporate social responsibility concept can not be internalized as the driving force of corporate behavior.Therefore,this paper takes corporate social responsibility identity consciousness and role orientation as the research object,and is divided into four chapters to discuss the problem.The first chapter is the introductory chapter,mainly introducing the reason and significance of the article selection,the domestic and foreign research summary,the thinking ways and methods of the research as well as the main innovative point.The second chapter is an summary of the theory,divided into three sections.The first section is about the corporate social responsibility and its theoretical basis.This article attempts to discuss the righteousness of corporate social responsibility from the perspective of ethics,discussing the legitimacy foundation of corporate social responsibility.The second section is the private enterprise and its social responsibility.Through the discussion on the development of private enterprises and the problems of their social responsibility,this paper attempts to point out that the root causing that problem lies in their low awareness and low level role positioning of corporate social responsibility.The third section is the definition of corporate social responsibility identity and role positioning,and try to analyze the relationship between these two aspects and the corporate social responsibility’s taking.The third chapter is the empirical part,which mainly through the method of questionnaire survey,to research the private enterprises in Zhejiang area trying to analyze the intrinsic relationship among the identity awareness,role orientation and responsibility taking of the corporate social responsibility of private enterprises.The fourth chapter based on the results of the research,rationally explore the path to following corporate social responsibility of private enterprises.The conclusion of this paper is as follows: First,corporate social responsibility is the righteousness of enterprise,and the legitimacy of corporate social responsibility is supported by ethical theory.Second,the reasons leading to the problems of social responsibility of private enterprises are both internal and external.Thirdly,it is found from the research that the enterprise with good corporate social responsibility recognition and higher level role positioning usually has a good record of following corporate social responsibility.Recognition and role orientation of corporate social responsibility play an important role in promoting corporate social responsibility.Fourthly,the reasonable path of CSR realization includes inner path and outer path,.Inner path forms internal driving force while outer path forms motive power.inner driving force and assisting join together to promote enterprise better to follow their corporate social responsibility. |
