| The Yangtze river economic zone is a golden economic belt in China, which is consisted by Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Shanghai and Jiangsu. The development of the Yangtze river economic zone has put forward new requirements for business English talent cultivation in Hunan.vocational colleges. We investigated and analyzed the existing problems in business English talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges in Hunan province and suggested by questionnaire and interview.The problems included unclear professional positioning, improper of the curriculum arrangement, bad teaching equipment, and unscientific teaching evaluation system. According to the survey of the demand of the Yangtze river economic zone enterprise, this paper puts forward that:We should establish the talents training goal of higher vocational business English by combining with the characteristics of the Yangtze river economic zone development, we should optimize higher vocational business English courses, update teaching content, we should strengthen the construction of forming a complete set of teaching material, meet the demand of enterprises and students. We should adopt different teaching methods to improve the teaching effect and the teaching conditions. We should introduce teaching implementation of modern teaching media, and construct the campus off-campus practice base. We should combine study with production, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, and improve the quality of teachers in higher vocational business English. And then we should evaluate system from the angle of view of the diverse and then evaluate in terms of students' comprehensive capability.In a word, higher vocational business English major must be geared to the needs of regional economy, guided by the demands of enterprise, and cultivate really business English talents to service the development of the Yangtze river economic zone... |
