Intangible cultural heritage of the elements of the human is the first oral body teaching form,preservation of the living condition of intangible cultural heritage is a major strategic move to China and the international community.As the global economic integration and the speeding up of urbanization,the existence and development of the intangible native environment is destroyed,cultural space will be squeezed,difficult to spontaneous development,need for human intervention to protect.In nearly a decade,the Chinese government in protecting Intangible cultural heritage work has achieved obvious results,especially in many provinces in the preservation and construction of historical cultural area,pay attention to cause the project to protect and display culture.But some local governments didn't understand the difference between the material and non-material heritage sites,do not show the Intangible cultural heritage actively,even abandon inheritors of the Intangible Cultural Heritage.Intangible cultural heritage is different from the material cultural heritage,intangible cultural heritage must be shown to constantly reproduce through inheritance and innovation.If the key to protect Intangible Cultural Heritage is the the protection of inheritors of the Intangible Cultural Heritage,then the the key to protection of inheritors of the Intangible Cultural Heritage is to provide a benefit environmental for their living.In this paper,Three Lanes and Seven Alleys is the research region,by the method of field investigation,literature analysis and interviews,study and analysis on the living environment of inheritors of Intangible Cultural Heritage,discuss cultural space problems of Three Lanes and Seven Alleys,existing in the protection and inheritance of living space and its solution.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part of the introduction,describes the research theory,this research selected topic background,research methods,research significance,etc;The second part of literature review,to introduces research achievements of the current academic circles for the protection of intangible cultural heritage and its inheritors;The third part introduce the social environment changes and repair the transformation history in Three Lanes and Seven Alleys,reviews the protection and restoration of Three Lanes and Seven Alleys analysis its environmental supports to inheritors of the Intangible Cultural Heritage.The fourth part,analysis problems of living conditions and living environment in Three Lanes and Seven Alleys,points out that deficiencies and causes of protection to inheritors of the Intangible Cultural Heritage in Three Lanes and Seven Alleys;The fifth part,using the social support theory to propose a bi-directional system of social support networks,discusses how to provide inheritors of the Intangible Cultural Heritage a profitable social and cultural environment.At the same time,the government,as the main body of the Intangible cultural heritage protection,have to innovate the development mode of the protection to Intangible Cultural Heritage,In the perspective of contemporary cultural functionalism to analyze the effect of existence and development of Intangible cultural heritage,developed commercially in the principle of maintaining the core of its intangible cultural heritage.Any a kind of culture is in the exchange of collision to innovation and development,the Intangible cultural heritage protection should also conform to the trend,constantly fusion,induct tourism,business,creative,finance,modern factors,such as the Internet,cross-border cooperation,to find new ways for self-survival.
