A Study On The Evolution Of Minority Culture Policy In New China

China is a multi-ethnic country composed of many ethnic groups,and all ethnic groups have different ethnic cultures of their own.Especially after the establishment of new Chinese,the minority culture has been attached great importance to the party and the state,for the protection of the diversity of national culture,the ethnic areas and meet people's spiritual and cultural needs,improve the national level of social and economic development,protect,inherit and carry forward the national culture,the party and the state issued a number of ethnic minority cultural construction policy.These cultural policies are changing with the development of history,and they have promoted the economic,political,cultural and social development of ethnic regions.But at the same time,we should also see that the new China minority cultural policy and there are still some current protection of minority cultural development and the cultural needs of the people do not adapt to the theory,and lack of innovation,system structure is not perfect,the relevant mechanism is not perfect etc.is the main reason,therefore,to strengthen the theoretical innovation,perfect the system structure,and improve relevant mechanisms still need further improvement and innovation.In this paper,literature research and systematic analysis are used to study the cultural policy of minority nationalities since the founding of new China.The introduction part mainly from two aspects of history and reality,discusses the background and significance,and summarizes the research status of minority cultural policy at home and abroad;the first chapter,mainly from the meaning,characteristics,classification and other aspects,the minority culture at the same time,the system analysis of the new connotation of the principle,Chinese minority the cultural characteristics and adhere to the policy;second chapter,mainly adopts the process of cultural policy evolution of our country national minority history stages comprehensively;the third chapter,by combing the evolution,further refine the evolution of minority cultural policy in China law;the fourth chapter,,I discuss thecurrent situation of the system national minority culture policy,points out the existence of minority cultural policy in our country,and analyze the causes,combined with the evolution rule And the causes of the problem,and puts forward some personal reflections on the ways to further improve the cultural policies of ethnic minorities in China.In order to improve the minority cultural policy,innovation,to further protect and promote China's traditional culture,maintaining the diversity of national culture,enhance the national cultural soft power,has important practical significance to the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.
