The Song Dynasty was developed in economy and culture with rich categories in arts and crafts,and had achieved excellence in these areas."li xue"(a Confucian school of idealistic philosophy of the Song and Ming Dynasties)as the leading,the common influence of Zen,Taoism and literati,the formation of the Song dynasty ceramics unique and elegant:advocating the beauty of simple,handsome,natural science style ceramic technology.With the popularity of the Song Dynasty's growth of Zen and literati,tea culture is very popular in the Song Dynasty.The development of tea culture is contributed to the development of Fujian Jianyang kiln and Jiangxi Ji'an kiln as the representative of the black tea cups.At that time,Rongxi introduced the tea culture back to Japan.And the tea culture is the basis of Japanese tea culture.Not only the Japanese tea culture is influenced by the tea culture of Song,the design of tea cups in Japan are also influenced by the Song dynasty ceramics aesthetics.Japanese tea cup design,as an important part of Japanese tea art,its design has.witnessed the Song dynasty ceramics aesthetics influenced Japanese tea cups design.According to the aspect of ceramic arts and crafts and visual aspect of tea cup shape design,based on literature reading,material control,image analysis,from the visual angle of aesthetic effect of ceramic technology,this paper is going to summarize the Song dynasty ceramics craft aesthetic design as to how it affected Japanese tea cups design.The period from the Rongxi introduced the tea culture of Song to Japan until the Sen Rikyu completed the summary of tea culture,reflecting this period of Song dynasty ceramics aesthetics as to how it affected Japanese tea cups design.
