The Book of Changes,one of the most valued cultural ancient books,has profound impact on Chinese society and people.Being the earliest philosophic work in ancient China,it has influenced the development of Chinese philosophy.As a very important management tool in the ancient society,it has been regarded as the standard of modern management and practice theory.It is both academic and realistic value if you look at the Book of Changes,from philosophy and management science.The Book of Changes management philosophy,based on the actual management for the development of nowadays and faced it directly,learning and absorbing the beneficial thought fruits both from management science and philosophy.Rooted from the soil of China's outstanding traditional culture,making use of the management philosophy to annotate itself,and discovery the theory of management philosophy from the Book of Changes deeply,so as to construct the thought fruits with character of nationality,epoch and systematicness.Finally it formed a management philosophy system filled with both the special character of the Book of Changes and the style of management.The Book of Changes,its management ontology,mainly talks about the context of the Book of Changes management itself,which consists of three parts,the theory of management system,the subject theory of management and the object theory of management.The management system theory says the Book of Changes is a whole management system,having characteristics with integrity,multi-levels and dynamics.The management subject theory says the administrators should have managing quality,like moral cultivation,trusting the virtuous people as well as the ordinary.The management object theory says the being managed have sense of community team spirit,and both with educational training and punitive tactics while being managed.The Book of Changes,the theory of management axiology,talks about the context of management value,which consists of the theory of management harmony,the theory of management integrity and the theory of management humanism.The harmony management theory mainly says it attach importance to harmony,put forward with harmonious management way for the managers and the being managed and how to reach the harmonious state.The integrity management theory mainly refers to the value and meaning of integrity and the conditions to the managing integrity,as well as how to realize the managing integrity.The humorous management theory analyzes its viewpoint on humanism and proposes the guiding concept and specific approach on realizing humorous management.The Book of Changes,the theory of management methodology,discusses the contexts of management method,which has three parts,the theory of management innovation,the theory of management strategy and the theory of management contingency.The innovation management theory thinks the innovative change needs development and change.Innovation is not only a virtue,but having functional value and the most important point to realize the management innovation is seizing the moment.The management strategy theory says both the managing strategy and using the right talent and reasonable strategy are crucial to carrying out strategy.The management contingency theory analyses the view of principle and flexibility,explains the dialectical view of appropriate change with invariability,and tells the special view of principle and flexibility on taking backward as changing.
