With the further development of commodity economy in the middle period of the Qing Dynasty,the trend of commercialization of grain became more and more obvious.During this period,due to the increase of the share of the tax revenue,the increase of population,the development of the town economy and the expanding of the economic crop planting area,the grain was put on the market.The food problem is related to the dynasty of the Qing government in order to stabilize the long period of stability,the grain market,from the reign of Kangxi began to implement the price report system,perfect after Yong Zheng Dynasty,Qianlong to established finally,form a complete set of prices across the country about the Qing Dynasty archives,provides valuable first-hand data historical data on the price history of Qing dynasty.This paper studies the price of food is an important part of the history of prices.In the traditional agricultural society,grain price is an important index to measure the social and economic changes.In eighteenth Century(1738-1794)food prices and food market in the area as the research object,the original data using the archives of the Qing Dynasty in single grain and Grain Rain Memorial,Qing Dynasty palace three Ganxi local chronicles,the establishment of the Taiwan Central Research Institute academician Wang Yejian "in the Qing Dynasty from the food database",combined with statistical analysis methods,at the same time return to history material verification,to achieve both quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.Through the observation of long-term changes in the area of Yuanzhou Prefecture in eighteenth Century,Rui state,Linjiang three house prices,found in the area has formed a highly unified food market,on this basis,further found that the regional grain market price changes are mainly affected by the pressure of population,gentry merchants,war and famine restricted the circulation of money and finally,investigated the flow direction in the area of grain market and commodity grain.
