With the development of positive psychology,psychological resilience gradually by the people's attention.Resilience is one of the important resources,individual to cope with stress is an individual in response to stress,frustration ability of regaining the normal state,pay more attention to the individual in the face of adverse situation actively adapt to the process.Orphaned as a special group in the social life,the mental health status has been attracted extensive attention of the whole society.About their psychological research emerge in endlessly,but most studies focused on the orphans of communication disorders,adaptive obstacles such as negative aspects,ignoring their positive psychological characteristics.Therefore,this research attempts to from the perspective of positive psychology,pay attention to the orphans mental flexibility,understand the psychological elastic orphans,and reveal the orphan elastic inner protection factors.The first random checks the bright school in liaoning province 100 orphans,using the adolescent mental resilience scale,measure the orphan elastic status and characteristics;Then based on the grounded theory of qualitative research ideas and methods,based on the interview outline,adopt the method of combination of random and voluntary,some 35 orphans in depth interview,and then the interview recording transcribed word by word,then with the help of qualitative research software Nvivo10.0 and using the grounded theory level 3 code,will sort out system of coding and analysis on the text of the material,which demonstrates the protective factors of orphan elasticity.1,orphan elastic status quo survey results:(1)the orphan elastic overall situation is good,the school support the highest score in each factor;(2)the orphan elasticity and its each dimension in the gender differences are not significant;(3)the orphan of elastic support on the grade school significant difference;(4)Orphan resilience score,and positive cognition,interpersonal support,school support three factors on the academic performance of significant difference.2,orphan elastic interview research results:Orphan elastic protective factors mainly from two aspects of personal internal factors and external factors into consideration,including four factors,nine factors.(1)personal internal protection factors mainly from the positive cognitive,emotional control and target support three aspects.Emotional control include: emotional catharsis,adjust your negative emotions;Positive cognition include: the adversity of the quality of the dialectical view,effectively cope with adversity;Support includes goals: goal setting,role in adversity.(2)external protective factors is mainly refers to human help.Interpersonal assist: peer support,teacher support,parents' support.
