Resilience is the ability or characteristics of individuals to cope with stress,frustration, trauma and other negative life events. As a kind of ability in common dailylife, resilience plays an important role on the individual dealing with the difficultieseffectively and improves the quality of life. The present researches on resilience aremore of a review, or the theory discussion or status quo that reveals. However, it is stilllack of dynamic process and systemization of resilience study. This study tries to probeinto the resilience factors and its protective factors of excellent people in consistentwith qualitative research paradigm, through the lifeline drawing and key eventinterview method to interview excellent person and then use the Nvivo7.0qualitativeanalysis software to analyze electronic text. Then make case analysis and modelconstruction of excellent person. Specifically, this paper has two types of specificqualitative analysis.The first kind of qualitative analysis is case analysis. It studies the life course ofexcellent impoverished undergraduates A and excellent social person B, using situationfragments to display the dynamic development process of their resilience and itsprotective factors. Psychological stage of development process of A can be divided intothree main tasks: the preschool stage, adolescent and youth early phases. There arethree main types of setbacks which A have: failed in the exam, poverty, disease. Theresilience factors are optimism, positive cognition, the strong willpower, sweeten thebitterness of destiny on behavior; the resilience's protective factors are supports fromfamily, school and other community. Key events of B are the college entranceexamination, looking for work and creating entrepreneur. In these key events, therehave been setbacks but be successful. The resilience factors of B are having a firm goal,good at thinking, perseverance, self-confidence, good ability, look after others profits. The resilience's protective factors are supports from family, school and othercommunity.The second kind of qualitative analysis is model construction. It studies theimportant resilience and its protective factors of excellent impoverishedundergraduates and excellent social person, using the method of grounded theory. Inthis study,22excellent impoverished undergraduates are interviewed and analyzed.The important resilience factors are thinking and summary, self regulation,perseverance, independent, strong, hard work,responsibility, stronger competitive,positive and optimistic,gratitude; the important resilience's protective factors areemotional support from teachers, parents, friends; education influence from teachers,parents pay attention to education, education influence from parents, participate insocial activities, good school atmosphere, parents influence be unconsciously,harmonious relationship between friends. To further explore the relationship betweenthe selected coding, the structure and relationship of resilience facts and its protectivefactors is formed. In this study, interviews and analysis find from14excellent socialperson: The important resilience factors including responsibility, perseverance,learning, optimistic, thinking and summary, have ambition, good at the person, serious,confident, having goals, efforts, ability to endure hardship; the important resilience'sprotective factors including the influence of social environment, friends support,book's influence, influence of parents' quality, parents' teaching, and family harmony,teacher's influence. To further explore the relationship between the selected coding, thestructure and relationship of resilience facts and its protective factors is formed.Finally, we compare and analyze and its protective factors of excellentimpoverished undergraduates and excellent social person, then provide enlightenmentto young people.
