Interpersonal trust is in the process of interpersonal communication,for each other to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities of the sense of protection,is the individual in the process of interpersonal interaction established on the object of speech commitment,written or oral statement of the degree of reliability a generalized expectation.In the history and culture of interpersonal communication,trust plays a very important role.The contemporary social fraud phenomenon shows that college students' interpersonal trust is facing a severe crisis.The data of the Mental Health Center in China show that the mental health of college students in the 21 st century is low,which is related to the low self-efficacy and the lack of social support.The theory of self-efficacy suggests that the level of self-efficacy affects the individual's choice of behavior and the persistence and effort of the behavior.The theory of social support emphasizes that people feel the concern and support from others who believe that by expanding the individual's social network resources,To improve their ability to use the social network resources,help to improve their interpersonal trust level,so that their interpersonal relationships become harmonious,but also healthy and happy life.Therefore,it is very valuable to study this study from the perspective of interpersonal trust of college students.Research purposes:1.To understand the current situation of College Students' self efficacy,social support and interpersonal trust in Jiangxi,Nanchang Province,and put forward some suggestions to improve their interpersonal trust.2,To explore the relationship between self-efficacy,social support and interpersonal trust,and to explore the mediating role of social support in the relationship between self-efficacy and interpersonal trust.Three.It will provide theoretical basis for follow-up study.Methods: A total of 511 freshman to junior college students were tested by psychological test.SPSS software and structural equation modelwere used to analyze the data and establish an intermediary model.According to the purpose,hypothesis,research and design of the research,collect and process the data,draw the following research results and conclusions:Research result:1.There are significant differences in general self-efficacy between different professions,gender,grade,place of origin,and whether or not there is a difference between self-efficacy and self-efficacy in students' self-efficacy There are significant differences in dimensions.2.Different gender,grade,place of origin,and whether the only child,past or present love or not variable in the social support score difference is significant.In the three dimensions of social support:different professional differences in the objective significant;different grades,whether the only child,whether the student cadres,past or present love or not in the subjective support significant difference;different gender,grade,whether only child,Whether the student cadre,past or present love or not variable in the support of the use of significant differences.3.There are significant differences in interpersonal trust among college students,and the interpersonal trust level of male college students is significantly higher than that of female college students.The remaining population variables did not cause significant differences in interpersonal trust.4.There is a significant positive correlation between college students' self-efficacy and interpersonal trust;college students' self-efficacy and objective support,subjective support,and supportive utilization are positively correlated;college students' objective support,subjective support,supportive utilization and interpersonal trust are significant Negative correlation.5.General self-efficacy,academic self-efficacy,self-regulation of the effectiveness of the subjective support through social support dimensions,the role of support for the degree of support,indirectly affect the level of interpersonal trust of college students.Research conclusion:1.College students self-regulation of efficacy,generalself-efficacy is generally high,academic self-efficacy is generally low.2.The overall level of social support for college students.3.Interpersonal trust in college students at a moderate level.4.College students self-efficacy,social support and interpersonal trust between the three significant.5.The general self-efficacy,academic self-efficacy,self-regulation of efficacy can be through the role of social support,indirectly affect the level of interpersonal trust of college students.
