Conflict Between Folk Belief And Christian

Spiritual belief is always an important window for understanding people's spiritual world.It closely linked the spiritual world of the people and is a way to seek their own survival value.In the framework of the same community belief,observing the dynamic interaction between folk beliefs and Christian beliefs provides a clearer perspective for us to understand the faith kernel of the two beliefs,the faith boundary and the logic of inner faith.This paper aims to show the interaction between folk beliefs and Christian beliefs,especially the conflict and contradiction between the two,trying to answer the heterogeneity belief's impact to community.Since the beginning of Christianity into China,its "monotheism" doctrine and the diversity of traditional folk beliefs there is a clear conflict and contradiction.In this paper,the study of Lubei natural village Liu village started,mainly concerned about the folk beliefs and nearly two decades of emerging Christian faith between the conflict and contradiction.The conflict between the two beliefs is embodied in the "agile" argument at the time of the conversion,the worship of the gods in the private sector,the ancestral sacrifice,the ritual of the funeral,and the interpersonal tensions in the social sphere.The conclusion of this paper is that the communities that share the same faith have a strong homogeneity,and some extent is a village community.Christian faith broken the original faith integration.Faith as a stratification factor,the village people from the same belief group into two groups of beliefs.The conflict of faith leads to the tension and opposition of the relationship between the two groups.The conflicts and contradictions caused by faith influence the ethical order and interpersonal rules of the traditional rural community to a certain extent.
