Study On Husserl's Perception Of Things

At the beginning of 20th century,Husserl started a new philosophy,phenomenology,which have a wide affect on the contemporary Western philosophy.He advocated "go back to things themselves" phenomenological attitude,this means the revolt,based on prejudice to explain phenomena to epoche prejudice to describe the phenomenon of change.He believed that we epoche all prejudices,we have the rich phenomena,this is the real starting point of knowledge.Although Husserl did not directly discuss the thing-perception theory,but perception theory always is the most fundamental part of Phenomenology,Husserl often perceived as an illustration on the intentional structure of consciousness.Thing-perception issue though not the most talked about,but Husserl pointed out that all acts of consciousness are ultimately grounded in cognitive behavior in Husserl's philosophy.Husserl describe the thing-perception in three parts.First section Husserl criticize the traditional concepts of thing-perception,discusses reclassification of thing-perception and puts forward the new concept of thing-perception.John Locke thinks the thing-perception is the mental perception about the external objects;Brentano thought perception is evident perception.Husserl's description of the thing-perception itself noted that Locke's theory of perception is based on the metaphysical presupposition of mind and object is not strict and in Brentano's thing-perception theory the evident perception and non-evident perception is not consistent,he ignored the difference with the reell items and the intention in the thing-perception.Husserl pointed out that thing-perception is intentionality,is a kind of inner transcendence perception from the reell items to the intentional objects.The second part Husserl focused on the theory of thing-perception.In a static phenormenology he used "sensation + construing = intentional object"to describe the thing-perception,but after the study of the time,the reell items(sensation and construing)definitely was being questioned,Husserl think,is to be constituted.In the period of genesis Phenomenology,Husserl points,before the active heed of the thing-perception there is a stage of passive horizon constitution,intention should be considered "objects"(non-object)in the horizon stimuli on me,then I give in to this stimulus,thus transition to the stage of active heed,and further hold of the object in practice.The third part discusses the significance of Husserl's thing-perception theory.Husserl's thing-perception theory is beyond traditional Dualism on two aspects:First,in the epistemological aspects,Husserl solve the "Treffen"issue,pointed out that after the suspension off all prejudices,captures the thing actually refers to the horizon of object from destitute to fullfilling;Second,in terms of worldview,Husserl criticize the idea that there is an objective world exists relative to the subject of metaphysical,dualist world Outlook,pointing out that real world we have is a context that is closely related to our activities.
