Inquiry-based class activity in teaching Chinese as a second language,refers to that students autonomous construct and learn the linguistic and cultural knowledge under the guidance of teachers.The students themselves explore independently through reading,observing,thinking,experiment,data collection,discussion and other ways,to find and grasp the corresponding knowledge and laws.Inquiry-based class activities focus on the students' independent thinking and summary in the process of activities,pay attention to the students' self-learning ability,so that the students in the classroom can transfer from passive acceptance of knowledge to active participant in knowledge inquiry.The use of inquiry-based class activities in intermediate-level comprehensive Chinese classes can help achieve the goal of improving students' communicative competence.Inquiry-based learning has been widely used in various disciplines of primary and secondary schools both at home and abroad.However,there are few applications and researches in teaching Chinese as a second language.In this context,the present study aims to explore the development of inquiry-based class activities,including design,implementation,reflection,role and problems,using the method of case analysis and data collection in the design of inquiry-based class activities in the intermediate-level integrated Chinese teaching and tries to provide some suggestions for the development of inquiry-based activities in the comprehensive Chinese course.
