The Qualitative Research For The Treatment Of The Initial Interview Of Psychodynamic Approach

This study is going to explore what the initial interview of the psychodynamic orientation of consulting to do. Psychological motivation orientation is a closely related theory and personal factors, it is a big challenge for learners, and the initial interview as the foundation of the whole consulting, determines the tone of the behind consultation, if the initial interview do bad, visitors may be lost, there is no the back of the consultation.Therefore, this article wants to explore the psychological motivation orientation and consulting the initial interview what to do and new possible problems in the process of practical application. Largely the result of an article depends on its research methods, and qualitative research method is more effective in the exploration process, is the deep understand the ideal method of psychological counseling and treatment process. So the method of individual interview is adopted in this research, trying to understand the psychological consultation process of power orientation, with five senior(professional qualification for more than a decade), the psychological motivation of consulting orientation practitioners interview object. Will interview recordings made the words, the text information is decomposed into many a meaning unit, then to produce unit are summarized, finally, the data analysis, a preliminary conclusion on the research results of. The results are as follows:(1) Formed the framework of the initial interview.(2) The problems existing in the novice consultants and their learning styles. The problems existing in the proficiency is not enough, difficult to grasp consulting, subjective desire is too strong, very want to help visitors that cannot very good to listen; Consulting the way to learn is to learn and practice mutual crisscross, and gain.
