In recent years, with the continuous development of creative culture, the construction of cultural and creative industrial park which as the important content of cultural and creative industries development, is the key point of urban development strategy, the core element of cultural construction, and also an essential part of the development of tourism in the city. Developing cultural and creative industry cluster on the foundation of industrial sites, on one hand, it is a strategic initiative to enhance the core competitiveness of cultural industry; on the other hand, it effectively succeed the historical culture of industrial development in the process of urban developments, playing a role in the accumulation of cultural industries. The object of study "Eastern Suburb Memory" is a cultural and creative industrial park founded by the Chengdu Media Group. The aim of the essay is to find relations among tourists'recreation experiences, satisfaction and place attachment and make an analysis of visitors'differences in three areas:recreation experience, overall satisfaction, place attachment. This study is designed to identify influence on overall satisfaction based on environmental experiences, recreation experiences, emotional experiences and quality of services to provide a theoretical basis for cultural and creative industrial park management.Through the establishment of relations model of recreation experiences, satisfaction and place attachment and hypotheses proposed, the author analyses questionnaire data by using SPSS22.0, AMOS22.0, to prove relationships among the three, and make an analysis of differences in three areas. The result turns out:both recreation experiences and service quality experiences have a significant positive impact on satisfaction and place attachment except for scenic format experiences. The emotional experience of scenic area only has a significant positive impact on satisfaction, and does not affect the place attachment. Satisfaction can be used as an important intermediary, so that the recreation experience has a significant positive effect on the place attachment. At the same time, the four factors (environmental experience, business experience, emotional experience, service quality experience) are significantly affected by each other. In the variance analysis, the author finds that spending on visiting significantly varies upon format experience and recreation experience. The visitors who spend above 200 yuan have a better format and recreation experience than others who spend less than 200 yuan. Time spent by tourists stay also leads significant differences in recreation experiences and satisfaction. Visitors who experience in the environment more than 2-3 hours have significantly higher satisfaction than those who spend 1 hour or less. Visitors from different locations have different experiences in format scenic experiences and place attachment. Tourists living in Chengdu or surrounding have significantly lower formats experience than people from other cities of the province. The place attachment status of the outsider or local people from other cities of Sichuan is significantly higher than that of Chengdu locals. On the basis of above analysis, the following recommendations are put forward:(1) to extend scenic creative connotations (2) to foster satisfaction of scenic tourist (3) to take a sub-target and sub-level marketing (4) to cultivate characteristic brand (5) to strengthen the propaganda with the government (6) to build more public infrastructures for improving the scenic function (7) to strengthen labor management and focus on personnel training and employment.
