| Qinzhou and Fangcheng area is located at the southernmost tip of the Chinese mainland coastline,the southern border of Guangxi,and is also an important part of the ancient Maritime Silk Road.In the late Ming and early Qing dynasties,the anti-Qing dynasty leader Yang Yandi here against nearly three decades,left a lot of its related historical sites,historical legends,and have regarded it as God only worship the immortal temple,these formed the relevant folk memory.In the feudal orthodox dynasty related records,Yang Yandi as a rebellious image appears,but in the local people’s folk memory,Yang Yandi expressed as protecting the people of the country,the patron saint of stability.In addition,after its battling rate moved to southern Vietnam,there have been a number of political and other reasons to move to Vietnam,the Chinese people,Its descendants are gradually evolving in Vietnam as Mingxiang people,they have an important role in the development of southern Vietnam.Fangchenggang City is keen on the local folk cultural undertakings,put forward the idea ofbuilding the culture of the ancestors of the Ming Dynasty ancestors,and cultural construction-related activities.This paper collects information from literature and field visits.By describing Yang Yandi’s related historical events,this paper analyzes the local people’s cultural memory and cultural construction of Yang Yandi’s deeds.The purpose is to provide a new historical memory and cultural construction.Perspective,to expand people’s understanding of the limitations of Yang Yandi people,at the same time for the local government in the development of urban future planning and development to provide a reference. |
