Study On The Technique Of Chinese Contemporary Piano Works Based On Tang Poetry

This dissertation focuses on the study of the expression of the traditional Chinese cultural notions in the contemporary piano works created based on Tang Poems and the study of the contemporary piano works from Tang Poems' point of view.In the dissertation,the author attempts to conduct a discussion among the crossed field by music and Tang Poems,and concentrates on the connections made by them.Through the analysis of the six piano works created based on Tang Poems and the elaboration of the two aspects "figurativeness" and "imagery" from music and poetry,the author further endeavors to figure out the "figurativeness" from the elements of music and the "imagery" from the forms of sound contained in piano works.This dissertation contains five chapters and is divided into three sections.The first section,known as the first chapter,states the rationale and meaning of studying the topic,as well as the research status at home and abroad.The second section,known as the second,the third and the fourth chapter,with the second chapter organizing the four contemporary Chinese composers and Tang Poems and attempting to explore the"music language" of the six piano works based on articles and journals.The third and the fourth chapter analyze the "figurativeness" and "imagery" of the music and Tang Poems from three aspects:structure,rhyme,and sound form founded in the six piano works.The third section,known as the fifth chapter,explores the aesthetic orientation of the composition of the contemporary Chinese piano works.
