Because of the domestic market stagnation of developed countries since the global financial crisis started from USA,the importance of new growth engine from manufacturing centered industrial base has been emerged so cultural contents industry has been highlighted among them.Even if the culture contents have existed past but going through the paradigm conversion to informative society,the importance of major social resources from physical factors to cultural contents covering creativity and cultural sensitivity beyond knowledge have been recognized.Since the advance of Korean wave contents in China has shown the most active aspect among oversea advance of Korean culture contents since 2013.Especially,the fever for Korean culture contents which was recently started in China attracted the great response as it is evaluated as Korean wave 3.0 and its interest has been highlighted as the next-generation versus China market areas which will follow the success of manufacturing industry.Also facing the era of Korea-China FTA which was concluded at the end of long negotiation,both positive outlook that cultural contents industry will be one of the biggest beneficiaries because huge Chinese market are opened and its transaction has been continuously increased so far and the pessimistic outlook that the capital attack of China preceded by huge capital will affect the culture contents industry so we can't get the practical profit were suggested.Therefore,wo can say the study on the China export activation measure of culture contents industry preparing changed environments is more important than any time.Accordingly,this study was started its recognition that the point where demands required by both countries mutually cross refers to the point where we can maximize the mutual profits.First while analyzing the change aspect of market and characteristics of Chinese culture contents industry,we focused on understanding the distinctiveness of China in which they should maintain culture conservatively as a mean of 'ideology' for the stabilization of system and they need to promote culture as'industry' about the concept of-culture.Based on such understanding,we looked over the phrases related to culture contents industry discussed by 5 chapters which include Chapter8(Service trading),Chapter9(Financial Services),Chapter11(Movement of natural persons),Chapter 12(Investment),Chapter15(Intellectual Property)among total 22 chapters from Korea-China agreements,further analyzed new culture contents policy in 8 areas which include Webcast,VR,E-sports,Animation,Movie,IP,Video Platform,Restriction Policy so far.And we researched the cases of culture contents industry advanced to China,analyzed the successful strategies and problems,analyzed the strong points,weak points,its opportunities and risk factors which Korean culture contents industry has for the export activation to China through SWOT analysis.As its government is cultivating the culture contents industry aggressively,it has a potentiality that the growth trend of Chinese culture contents sector will be long term and sustainable,it would be the way of coexistence which can win-win by advancing to other oversea market with economic union if both countries will figure out what they needed accurately and establish their plan in macroscopic and long term dimension.
