The classical philosophy of technology is based on phenomenology.Phenomenology is the theoretical basis of modern technology philosophy, and the impact of modern technology on human beings makes people increasingly interested in philosophy of technology. The philosophy of classical technology is mainly based on Husserl who was the representative of the phenomenon of school, through the suspension of technology,we will focus on technology itself, and Ihde's philosophy of technology is inherited the phenomenological research methods, linking empirical techniques to human perceptions. The phenomenon school represented by Heidegger focuses on the metaphysical speculation of technology,But Don Ihde realized the empirical shift of technical philosophy. In Ihde's view, the main task of technical philosophy is to analyze the nature of technology and the relationship among human-instrument-world.His theory of human-technology relations mainly expresses that the technology makes a great influence and change on human being's practice.Ihde's philosophy of technology has a profound influence in his field of expertise, and the theory of human-technology relations is the core of it.Meanwhile, the development of human-technology relations theory provides a better idea to disscuss the value of social technology today, and also has laid a good foundation of modern technology ethics. This paper takes Don Ihde's human-technology relations theroy as the starting point, depth discussion the nature of technology and the relationship between human and technology. This theroy consists of four relations, which are embodiment relation, hermeneutic relation, alterity relatin and background relation.Embodiment relation means thchnology canextend human perception;Hermeneutic relation signifies thechnology can display the objective word by text;Alterity relation means the technology will gradually out of mankind as a "prospective others" independent existence; And the background relation is the fusion of technology and human life. These four relations are mutually and there have inner logic. It means that these four relationships are not independent in human life, but with the continuous change of technology, showing a layer of depth and mutual support relationship. Finally, this paper starts from the thoery of human-technology relations, put forward that the development of technology should have ethical dimensions and build a technical ethical after thinking about the nature of technology. The ethical tendency of modern technology makes itself self-discipline,so that it not only has internal rationality and logic, but also can regulate the relationship between human and the world, then,a human-technology-world balance will be established. In a word,The essence of technology is to promote human self-realization,the essence of technology is providing services for mankind and playing a mediating role, the core of it is practice and it shouldn't be separated from human life.We can know that human shouldn't be the main part of the theory,so what we need to discuss is how to build a virtuous technology ethics.but the development of modern technology goes far beyond the experience of technology, which also poses a new challenge to the connotation of technical ethics, what's more, the technical ethics needs to enrich itself constaintly and keep up with the pace of modern technology,so it can achieve the purpose of improving the separation of technology from human's social life. And the development of modern technology far beyond the experience of technology, which also makes new challenges to the technology ethics' connotates. In order to make up the separation of modern technology and human social life, technical ethics dimensions need to keep up with the modern technology and enrich itselves constantly.
