Purposethrough experimental research,from the perspective of empirical study of "station and the five elements of music," the impact of attention can be used as a way of attention training,to improve the level of attention of college students,for improving the efficiency of college students' learning and teachers teaching quality to provide a certain basis,not only to enable students to master the method of exercise,to a large extent to improve their mental health,a lot of research results show that physical exercise can be a good mood adjustment,enhance mental health,prevention of mental illness,And have a great effect on the cognitive function of psychology.Which provides a certain reference value for the formation and development of college students' self-cognition ability,to a certain extent also promotes the traditional Chinese martial arts culture.MethodsThis study is divided into two parts: The first part is mainly literature review and theoretical research,through the analysis of the literature,obtained on the general research attention in recent years,from the station pile and the five elements of music to analyze the impact of attention,the results are obtained.The second part is experimental research.using of attention tester and attention test scale as a method of assessing the effect of the intervention before and after the intervention and group intervention after the quality of the comparison between groups.result:Compared with the group,the intervention of the station group and the five groups of music groups had a significant effect on the quality and characteristics of college students' attention.The effect of the intervention group on the quality of the intervention group was significantly higher than that before the intervention.Five groups of music group intervention in addition to attention to transfer,the other than before the experiment have produced significant results.There was a significant difference in the quality of the intervention group.Comparison between groups,station group to pay attention to the quality after the intervention of the scores were lower than the blank control group,especially the attention concentration and the stability of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.01).P value was lower than that of the five elements of the music group,There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.01),but there was no significant difference in transfer attention,but there was a positive change in the two groups.The attention rate of each group was lower than that of the blank control group,especially the attention concentration,distribution and the stability were significantly different from the control group(P <0.01),while the two groups Quality is also significantly different,P <0.05,improve the span of attention and transfer is better than the station group and the five elements of the music groups.Pay attention to the quality of the comparison between the groups,the station pile group to pay attention to the quality of the intervention have a significant improvement effect,which the breadth and transfer effect is better than the five elements of the music group and comprehensive group;five groups of music group in addition to attention,There are significant effects on the distribution and breadth of the station group and the comprehensive group.The comprehensive group has significant difference in attention to the quality,which is superior to the station group and the five elements in the distribution and transfer.Conclusion:In this paper,through the experimental study,the station pile and the five elements of music as an intervention method to improve the attention of college students have a good effect and for the attention of college students to provide a scientific and rational theoretical support and practice with.the attention in Our life plays an irreplaceable role,regardless of learning,work or life,have a lot of attention to the attention.The improvement of college students' attention is closely related to academic achievement,learning efficiency,learning atmosphere and teachers' teaching effect,and even plays a vital role in college students' cognitive psychology and personality shaping.
