Qi Baishi is the remarkable achievements of the 20 th century Chinese painter,in the painting theory and practice have reached the pinnacle of art,a generation of masters,affecting the many artists after.Qi Baishi's works are mostly flowers and birds,and their works not only have the effect of twentieth century flower and bird painting,but also have important influence on the 20 th century flower and bird painting from traditional to modern transformation.In the works of Qi Baishi,from the taste of life and the observation of natural things and simple and ethereal characteristics of the combination,so that the theme of painting tend to life,civilians and pastoral,opened with the traditional distance,expanding the traditional performance of flowers and birds Theme,breaking the traditional flower and bird painting composition of the program,so enjoy a look of a new look.This paper combines Qi Baishi flower and bird painting works,the composition of their works and art style to sort out and analysis.First of all,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the white marble,the beauty of the form,the artistic beauty and so on,and combs its characteristics and carries on the horizontal and the longitudinal contrast with other painters,thus obtains the unique artistic style of the Qi Baishi flower and bird painting.Finally,the author points out the deep reasons for the formation of Qi Baishi's flower and bird painting style by combining the subjective factors such as Qi Baishi's own personality traits,practical creation and other subjective factors such as the background of the times and teachers.Finally,to explore the characteristics of Qi Baishi composition in the contemporary guiding significance.
