| In this paper,a sample of 504 personnel of enterprises and institutions were recruited to complete Perceived Insider Status Questionnaire,Role Stress Scale,Burnout Questionnaire and Loneliness at Work Scale.The purpose of the study was to examine the status quo of loneliness in the workplace of Chinese enterprises,as well as to excavate the antecedent variables affecting workplace loneliness,and to explore the mechanism of effect of perceived insider status on workplace loneliness.The paper used SPSS17.0,LISREL8.80 and Mplus7.0 statistical software to analyze the valid data.The results showed that:(1)There were some significant differences in the demographic variables of the workplace loneliness.(2)Correlation analysis indicated that perceived insider status was negatively correlated with role stress,burnout and workplace loneliness.(3)Perceived insider status on the workplace loneliness of staff has significant negative prediction.(4)Role stress,burnout partially mediated the relationship between perceived insider status and workplace loneliness.(5)Role stress and burnout played the chain mediating effect in the relationship between perceived insider status and workplace loneliness.In conclusion,perceived insider status not only has a direct effect on workplace loneliness,but also influences role stress,thereby affecting burnout,indirectly affect workplace loneliness.In the future,we can improve staff perceived insider status from point of view,reduce the role of staff pressure and burnout perception,thereby reducing the workplace loneliness experience. |
