| With the continuous progress of society,the development of science and technology and economy have been upgraded by leaps and bounds.The Internet is also becoming more and more common,recognized by the public,and the number of technology Internet companies is increasing.The traditional way of communication has shifted from offline to online.We are used to using office software such as Dingding,enterprise wechat and Feishu for communication and collaboration.Although these network media have significantly improved our office efficiency and promoted project collaboration and cooperation among people,face-to-face communication between people has been gradually reduced,and people have gradually become "machines" for working,and emotional links have gradually weakened.Modern fast-paced lifestyle and competition between enterprises tend to make workers ignore the communication between colleagues,exacerbating the spread of workplace loneliness,which has increasingly become an unavoidable practical problem in today’s society.Therefore,this study introduced two mediating variables,creativity self-efficacy and employee creativity,when exploring the influence of workplace loneliness on job performance,and investigated whether organizational atmosphere could play a moderating role.This study took 625 employees in the enterprise as the research object,and measured the loneliness in the workplace,job performance,creativity self-efficacy,employee creativity and organizational atmosphere in the form of a questionnaire.Mplus8.3 was used to sort out and analyze the data statistically.The results are as follows:(1)The four variables of workplace loneliness,creative self-efficacy,employee creativity and job performance tendency are significantly correlated in pairs.(2)Workplace loneliness negatively predicted the score of employees’ creativity self-efficacy,while creativity self-efficacy positively predicted job performance.Creativity self-efficacy played an intermediary role between workplace loneliness and job performance.(3)Workplace loneliness negatively predicts employee creativity score,while employee creativity positively predicts job performance.Employee creativity plays an intermediary role between workplace loneliness and employee performance.(4)Creativity self-efficacy positively predicted the score of employees’ creativity.Creativity self-efficacy,employees’ creativity played a chain mediating role between loneliness in the workplace and job performance.(5)Organizational climate plays a moderating role in workplace loneliness and job performance.The moderated mediating model in which organizational climate loneliness in the workplace affects employee work performance through creative self-efficacy plays a moderating role.The moderating effect in the moderating chain mediating model in which loneliness in the workplace influences employee work performance through creative self-efficacy and employee creativity in turn is also significant.Specifically,the first half path of the two models can be adjusted.According to the above conclusions,workplace loneliness can directly affect employees’work performance,workplace loneliness can indirectly affect work performance through creative self-efficacy,and workplace loneliness can indirectly affect work performance through employees’ creativity.In addition,workplace loneliness can further affect employees’creativity by affecting their creativity and self-efficacy,thus affecting their work performance.Organizational climate can regulate the impact of workplace loneliness on work performance。It can also regulate the sense of creativity self-efficacy,and indirectly reduce the negative impact of employees’ creativity on work performance.Enterprises should pay attention to the communication between employees,strengthen the emotional link between people,and establish a good corporate culture.At the same time,we should pay more attention to the psychological changes of employees,meet their emotional needs,give them more care and support,and promote their physical and mental health development. |
